Site content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use the Site for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.

2. Services and Results

Eligibility, risks, expected results, timing, and suitability vary by person and service. Photos, testimonials, descriptions, and examples are illustrative and do not guarantee any particular outcome. A consultation may be required before a service is provided. We may decline, modify, or discontinue a service when appropriate or required by law.

3. Appointment Requests and Booking

Submitting an inquiry or selecting a booking link does not guarantee or confirm an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only through the booking process or direct confirmation from La VILNA.

Booking, payment, rescheduling, cancellation, deposit, no-show, refund, and service-specific terms displayed during booking or provided to you separately also apply. If a booking provider's platform terms govern your use of its technology, those platform terms apply between you and that provider.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact, appointment, and payment information. Please contact us promptly if your information or availability changes.

4. Communications

If you ask us to contact you by telephone, email, or text message, you authorize us to respond using that method for your inquiry or appointment. Text-message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages and HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You may not:

• interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or data;
• introduce malicious code, automated scraping, or excessive requests;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Tech Studio LLC and its owners, personnel, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or third-party links.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability resulting from conduct for which a limitation is prohibited by applicable law. This Section concerns use of the Site and does not waive rights or obligations that apply to services provided in person.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a dispute concerning the Site may lawfully be brought in court, the parties consent to the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from bringing a claim in a court that has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on the Site and changing the Effective Date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, are the agreement governing use of the Site.
